2.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.

2.2 Prices are subject to change without notice. However, once a booking is confirmed, the price is guaranteed.

2.3 Payments can be made through the available payment methods on our website. All payments must be completed before the trek begins.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

3.1 Cancellation by the customer must be made in writing via email. The following cancellation charges apply:

• More than 30 days before the trek: Full refund minus any transaction fees.

• 15-30 days before the trek: 50% refund.

• Less than 15 days before the trek: No refund.

3.2 Trekking Rinjani Adventures reserves the right to cancel or modify the trek due to weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

4. Health and Safety

4.1 Trekking Rinjani Adventures requires that all participants be in good health and physical condition. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure they are fit for the trek.

4.2 Participants must follow the instructions of the trek guides at all times. Failure to do so may result in removal from the trek without refund.

4.3 Trekking Rinjani Adventures is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that may occur during the trek.

5. Insurance

5.1 It is highly recommended that all participants obtain travel insurance that covers trekking activities, including medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and trip cancellation.

6. Liability

6.1 Trekking Rinjani Adventures and its employees, agents, and subcontractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or participation in the trek.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Trekking Rinjani Adventures or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.
